Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING


Standard $20 flat rate on most items in the continental USA. Some smaller items will qualify for domestic free shipping at check out. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


International standard $30 flat rate on most items to United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Email us at Azfreeride@yahoo.com for international shipping rates to other nations. Please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling fees to receive your order. These additional fees are not collected nor controlled by AZFREERIDE. Customs processing will most likely cause shipping delays. Please be familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order. The Shipping AZFREERIDE charges you excludes  customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to AZFREERIDE LLC and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore we do not offer refunds for your order cost, shipping, or customs fees if you refuse to pay custom fees. We have no way of estimating how much your customs fees may cost, so please do not inquire. If you have further questions feel free to contact us. 


OVER-SIZED SHIPPING


Over sized items (Carts, Stands, Batteries, Engines, Skis, Hulls, HydroTurf, Etc.) are excluded from these policies. Customers with over sized items will be invoiced after purchase for the remaining shipping balance. 


ORDER PROCESS


We'll normally ship your order within 24-36 hours if it is in stock, and is not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday. Some Freeride Innovations and Freeriderz Inc Shipments might take longer to ship depending on our stock and custom/special orders. Some parts are made custom per order based on color, size, etc which will cause a delay in production & shipping.

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of order date in original packaging and new condition. Damaged Items will not be accepted. Special order/custom items are not returnable. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
